What We Do
- Lift Removal/Decommissioning – Dismantling and removal of lift car and all associated lift shaft equipment inc counterweigh/hydraulic rams, guide rails, entrances and wiring by means of unbolting/cutting (cold cutting)
- Machine Room – Dismantling and removal of all lift machinery (machine/pump room)
- Hoardings – Supply and fit lockable hoarding to lift entrances for protection as necessary
- Scaffolding – Lift shaft scaffolding to TG:20, ensuring safe means of access throughout the entire lift shaft.
- Beam Test – Testing and certification
- Site Clearance – Licensed waste carriers, able to safely remove and dispose of all materials.
- Steel Work – Supply and fit lift shaft steel work, brackets, screens and runway beams including any testing and statutory report of thorough examination.
- Equipment Hire – From lifting equipment including chain blocks, slings and shackles of any size to electric chain hoists (lodestars) or steel wire hoists (minifours) to access towers including MiTowers up to 8m and lift shaft towers up to 19m.
